🍽️ Cooking Ideas: Kheer, Kichadi or Upma
Prepare a bowlful of goodness:
- Rinse the Vermicelli in plain water & steam cook it for 6-8 minutes.
- Rinse with cold water, toss in 1 tsp oil & keep aside.
- In a pan, heat 1 tsp Oil or Ghee and add mustard, onion, curry leaves, Green Chillies, and 1 cup chopped vegetables of your choice and Salt.
- Now toss in the prepared Vermicelli to this mix.
- Serve hot!
